Our commitment to compliance standards include: Aged Care Quality Standards, Human Services Quality Standards, National Employment Standards and workplace entitlements, Federal Police check, staff orientation, on-going training and performance appraisals, Current First Aid Certificates, Work Cover Insurance, Products and Public Liability Insurance and Business Indemnity Insurance.

Our team

TMC directed by a Governance Committee, and managed by a small professional team. Staff and volunteers have experience and qualifications in community services, finance, business administration, psychology, law and law enforcement, event management, community development, linguistics, IT, marketing.
