TMC is guided by an experienced Governance Committee and managed by a small professional team. Staff and volunteers have experience and qualifications in community services, community development, finance, business administration, psychology, law and law enforcement, counselling, mediation, youth work, disability advocacy, event management, training and assessment, linguistics, ICT and marketing.
